The Kirkwood Public Library recently received grant funding from the Missouri Arts Council to support our Music in the Library series.  This five concert series started in December 2015 and will run through April 2016.  Join us for the next performance on Sunday, January 24th at 2:00pm to hear folk music of Scandinavian countries with St. Louis Spelmanslag.  Spelmanslag was recently recognized by the St. Louis Magazine in their 2014 A-List Cultural Awards!

The series will continue on February 21st with the Songs of Africa Ensemble; we’ll celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Wee Heavies on March 20th, and the grant-funded series will conclude with St. Louis Bella Corda on April 17th.  All performances are free and open to the public!
