Your Kirkwood Public Library is excited to be partnering with the Kirkwood Human Rights Commission to present a screening of the film Alice’s Ordinary People with filmmaker Craig Dudnick. This film follows the story of Alice Tregay and other ordinary people that fearlessly worked to use their voices to affect changes for human rights. It depicts five decades of courageous activism from the beginning of the civil rights movement through to today, showing the relevance of Dr. Martin Luther King in the ongoing fight for justice and human rights. Screening of the film will be held on March 14th at 2:00 pm. The film will run for 60 minutes, followed by a Q&A session with filmmaker Craig Dudnick.
